All pieces are meticulously handcrafted from start to finish with fine 925 sterling silver, the highest quality semi precious gemstones and finished with 18ct gold vermeil plating. We take great care in creating the most luxurious quality pieces that can be treasured for years to come. To ensure your pieces look their best, we ask that you please handle them with care by following the instructions below.
Avoid bathing and showering with jewellery especially in salty or chlorinated water.
Take care to not knock, scratch, and expose your pieces to extreme temperatures, humidity, sunlight and chemicals, especially bleach.
Place on your jewellery after you have applied fragrances and body products and once your skin is dry.
Remove your jewellery before swimming, a workout or prior to bedtime.
Jewellery should be kept individually in pouches in dry and cool places. Keeping pieces separate, especially earrings and necklaces this avoids them scratching, tangling and rubbing together to affect the finish.
When you remove your jewellery, take a couple of minutes to wipe it off with a soft, lint free cloth to keep pieces looking lustrous. This removes body oils and dirt and maintenance is key to keeping your pieces looking good. A good ultrasonic cleaner will also maintain your jewellery and is recommended every 6 months. Many jewellery stores offer this service.
Semi precious stones are delicate and should be cleaned with care. Using a soft cloth to wipe the surface of your gemstones is advised after wearing. Porous stones such as Lapis, pink opal and turquoise should only be cleaned using a clean soft cloth with no added treatments, chemicals or liquids.
All orders will ship within 2-3 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
All shipments require a signature on delivery. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O Box addresses.
All orders shipped out of South Africa are shipped via DHL, unless otherwise indicated. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary from country to county and shipping delays may occur due to customs.
Please note that the international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that the receiver refuses a shipment.
Shipments within South Africa are sent free of charge.

All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and a brief reason for your return and we will send you an approval number. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition. Kindly note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
All refunds are processed minus the shipping charges within 7 days of receipt of the item. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Zoja.
All items marked down or sale cannot be returned. The sales are final.
For repair enquiries, please email email@example.com. Kindly include your name, description of item, and a photo of the damage along with proof of purchase. Should we be able to repair your piece, we will issue a repair number along with the charges and shipping instructions.
All repairs will be assessed case by case and a charge for the repair will be established, in some cases, there will be no repair charge.
Please note repairs can take anything between 2-6 weeks.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
