We encourage you to take ensure that your jewellery is properly cleaned, repaired and stored as various factors can affect the condition of jewellery.
Avoid bathing and showering with jewellery especially in salty or chlorinated water.
Take care to not knock, scratch, and expose your pieces to extreme temperatures, humidity, sunlight and chemicals, especially bleach.
Place on your jewellery after you have applied fragrances and body products and once your skin is dry.
Remove your jewellery before swimming, a workout or prior to bedtime.
Jewellery should be kept individually in pouches in dry and cool places. Keeping pieces separate, especially earrings, avoids them scratching, tangling and rubbing together to affect the finish.
When you remove your jewellery at the end of your day, take a couple of minutes to wipe it off with a soft, lint free cloth to keep pieces looking lustrous. This removes body oils and dirt and maintenance is key to keeping your pieces looking good.
Semi precious stones are delicate and should be cleared with care. Using a soft cloth to wipe the surface of your gemstones is advised after wearing. Porous stones such as Lapis, pink opal and turquoise should only be cleaned using a clean soft cloth with no added treatments or liquids.
All orders will ship within 2-3 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
All shipments require a signature on delivery. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O Box addresses.
When shipping within South Africa a flat rate of $10 applies.
International orders are shipped via DHL with a flat rate of $35, unless otherwise indicated. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs.
Please note that the international shipping costs incurred at the time of check out is not refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shpping cost in the event that an international shipment is refused by the receiveer.

We accept returns off our site within 7 days of delivery, provided the item has not been worn.
Should you wish to return an item, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org for us to issue you with a return authorisation number. Kindly title your email with return or exchange followed by the order number.
All refunds are processed minus the shipping charges within 7 days on receipt of the item. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Zoja.
All items marked down or sale cannot be returned. The sales are final.
For repairs enquiries, please kindly email email@example.com. Please include your name, description of item, a photo of the damage, return address, contact number, along with proof of purchase.
Should we be able to repair your piece, we will issue a repair number along with the charges and shipping instructions.
Should an manufacturing issue occur within 1 year of purchase, no charge will be incurred for the repair
Please note repairs can take 4-6 weeks.
